Remembered something funny... last friday I was sort of all dressed up when when I went to the office. Well, it's not like I wore a dress. It's just a nice party top unlike my usual friday washday get up of t-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Anyway, I went to the cube of my supervisor and it just so happens that the FI lead (the older guy who's being set-up with me by my supervisor! haa!) is making rounds, offering everybody in the team some breakfast donuts from Dunkin' Donuts. He stopped at my supervisor's cube and offered me and my supervisor donuts. I checked the box but I didn't like the donut flavors left. The conversation went something like this...
Me: Awww.. I don't like the flavors left. Thanks!
Him: Oh ok. You look nice today. You have a hot date tonight?
Me: Haha. I wish!
Him: Oh you really look nice.
Me: Thanks!
Supervisor: *Just stares at us with a nasty grin during the whole conversation*
Couple of minutes later I went back to my cube and started working. The FI lead arrives at my cube with another box of donuts.
Him: Here's another box. Probably you want something from here.
Me: Wow! thanks! *grabs a boston cream donut*
Him: There you go!
Me: I'm so special... free delivery! Thank you!
Him: *smiles back and leaves my cube*
Funny right?! Is this guy trying to hit on me? Unfortunately, I am too dense to even figure out if he is trying to drop some hints that he wants to date me. Hahaha.

Lol! Well, he took time to get you another box of donuts hoping you'd be able to find a flavor that you want and actually get to enjoy a free Dunkin Donut just like everybody else. That should count as something ;) Unless he is generally that friendly and accommodating, I think it is his little way of showing some love to a lady who looked really nice that day. Oh wait, that really nice looking lady is YOU.
He's generally friendly and would always go around giving food to the team. But then the compliments... this didn't happen once. I just didnt blog about the other instances. Haha. I dont think I've heard him compliment other singles in the team. Errr.. or maybe I just didnt hear it. See... I'm this dense!
Actually, he's really not bad. The more I look at him, he could probably pass as a 30-something. Haha.
Oh just shut up and bask in the afterglow! LOL! For all I know you were enjoying the compliment to every word, and even repeating it to yourself time and again :p Peace! LOL!

Haha. Nahhh... I should know better. Men here are just really like that. They can behave amorously towards me but never have serious intent of liking me. Been there!
Oh yeah, 30-something is good! I'm doing great. Im flying to Vegas tonight because of the special friend's birthday. Yeah, I'll see him again after a long time. =) Let's see if there will be juicy bits to share when I get back. haha.
