What Happens in Vegas, Ends in Vegas

Seems like there won't be any part 3, part 4 nor any other episodes for the entry "What happens in Vegas". Tsk, tsk, tsk. The past few days have been a whirlwind of ups and downs. The downs got intensified exponentially yesterday. Hayyyyy....

I think I am a magnet for guys who are allergic to commitment. This is the third heartbreak within this year. *Yeah... not my year.* It pains me to lose someone who's grown important to me. Three months of talking every single day is something! I talk to him more often than I talk to my own mom. Geez! I've heard a lot of negative things about him but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt. I still put myself naked out there, very gullible, just so I would find out who he really is. I guess that's the way it is. Oh well, he's probably not the right one. Hayyyy...

It's amazing how fast God answers our prayers. Sometimes it's not the answers that we want Him to give us but they're definitely what He thinks is best for us. I am not questioning the answer that He gave me. It's more of I am trying to make myself accept that path that He wants me take. Since the day that I met the special friend, I have always prayed about it and just lifted that relationship to Him. I guess there's really no easy way of letting someone important go but if He wills it, who am I to question it? Right?! I know that God does not give us challenges that we cannot overcome. All we have to do is to just trust him and surrender all our worries, fears and pains to him and I know he will make everything ok.
