My HDD crashed last Friday. =( I know that I abuse my laptop so much but then this is the first time that a laptop finally gave up on me. So last Saturday, after not being able to sleep the night before because of thinking too much about how to recover my files, I went to Frys Electronics to get a new HDD. I got myself an upgrade... 320GB Seagate 7200rpm SATA instead of the usual 5200rpm hdd that originally came with my dell baby. Install was going well until I stumbled upon a non-functioning Dell driver! Ugh!!! The bluetooth driver that was posted on the dell support website does not work. It just kept prompting me to press Fn+F2 or press the Wifi/bluetooth button on the right side of the laptop which did not do anything. Finally, this morning after getting enough sleep and regaining my ability to think again, found this bluetooth patch from the dell forums.

Yep, this one did the trick!!!! Yehey! Hope this helps.
